Hi, I have a question regarding Pricing Strategy as discussed on Freedom Ticket 4.0.

I'm going through the modules and at one point Kevin King mentions that it's not recommended to start with a low price for a new product in order to try and drive sales and then try to gradually increase the price as this will result in a drop in rankings; as A9 tries to understand your product and price point within its pre-determined price brackets.

However, in a later module (How To Launch Your Product on Amazon) Kevin mentions that some people start off selling at a low price, selling at break even and sometimes even at a loss to help build momentum and once the product starts selling and ranking they can then "maybe increase the price by $1 every 5 days until you get to the desired sale price."

I'm a bit confused as both of these points seem to contradict each other.

Any help or clarification would be really appreciated.

Thank you!
