me and my partner are running a german GbR and want to register our Amazon seller account. We had massiv problems with the verification steps thus far. The documents I uploaded for the "Business information" were all declined and with different reasons all the time.
What I tried so far:
- our Gewerbeanmeldung of both partners (registration with our local cities trade office)
- only my Gewerbeanmeldung, since I'm the primary contact
- the letter with our assigned UmsatzsteuerID (VAT ID)
- the contract my partner and I wrote and signed for the GbR
I know its somewhat special as a GbR, but the same rules should apply as with a solo entrepreneur. Since both are not in the trade register, as a GmbH or AG would be.
Is there anyone here with good tips or who had the same fate and got it done? I'm desperate by now and need help.
I had tried to get help from the Amazon seller support, but they lack understanding for my case and gave no viable help.
