How to structure an Amazon FBA business

Sure, here’s an improved version of your forum post:

I’m starting my journey with Amazon FBA and have a few passion projects I want to turn into products to sell on Amazon. These products are unrelated, so I plan to launch them under separate brands—one is a bathroom product, and the other is an educational product.

I’m trying to decide whether it would be better to create two separate LLCs and Amazon seller accounts or keep everything under one LLC and seller account (or some other combination). I’m weighing the pros and cons of having more managerial overhead with multiple accounts and LLCs versus what is optimal for preparing my products for an exit.

In the Freedom Ticket course, it was emphasized that we need to think about the exit from day one. Which structure is better for an exit? If I have products in different categories and a buyer only wants to purchase one of the ASINs, will there be issues with transferring just that ASIN from my seller account and LLC?

Thanks in advance for your advice!

You can do either.  Theres a module about this in Freedom Ticket.   If you are looking to sell your brand in the future, then you should probably do these on separate accounts and companies.  If you are in it for the long run, theres nothing wrong with keeping multiple brands in the same company.
