I'm just reaching to get some help trying to identify what could have caused a sudden surge in our page views, something that we have not seen the whole of this year. pls see screenshot showing surge from 16th April. this really helped us to improve on organic sales and ranking as well but did not last even though we increased ppc spend in those days to keep the trend.
started to decline suddenly on 20th and by 23rd we were back to where we started.
reached out to amazon advertising support they say that it could have been one particular campaign but that campaign only generated 2K impressions on 16th where as we had other campaigns that generated around 8K on 24th April but we only had 116 page views on that day.
I'm not sure if I'm in the correct place for this question but any advice would be very appreciated as amazon seller support does not seem to understand English let alone help.
In short we are trying to identify what caused the surge in page views so that we could improve on that. thank you!

It could be you had some outside traffic like an influencer sent traffic there, or tiktok or something. No increase in sales?
