The H10 support says: "I will actively monitor this ticket and will get in touch with you within a week or sooner, depending on the progress of the escalation."
Is "a week" how long I should wait for a paid-for product to work as advertised?

Time to fix things depend on things case by case. I have things open with amazon itself on my seller central account that have been open for a couple days, some that have been ongoing issues for 3 months that have still not been fully fixed, that they are working. I pay amazon a lot more money than i would pay Helium 10 if my membership was free. 🙂 But if you have a ticket open with support, then thats all you need to do! They will get it sorted for you one way or another!
Sounds like the dashboard not loading is expected behaviour?
That could mean a million things so cant comment really. Does in general the insights dashboard load? Absolutely. Never have had problems with that. Now does your personal account have something that is being blocked by amazon or something to that effect? That I would have no idea on, you would be able to find out the best details from the support team in app..
