Hello everyone, my name is Jemima and I am new to the Helium 10 space. I am looking to launch my first product and and was hoping if you could help. I am in the UK and would like to focus on the UK market for the time being and maybe in time expand. I would like to launch a superfood product help with the gut and brain. This is a passion project for me as I suffer with digestive issues so I want to create something for myself but also for others. I have looked at the data and it makes sense for the UK though I am still conducting further research so ensure demand. I would like to ask if anyone else is in the suopplement and superfood area, what do I need to do get this off the gorung? Do I need to take any special nutrition courses? As it is a food product, I would like to have it made in the UK or at the very least Europe. How do I go about that? I have made a list of some potential manufacturers but do I need to send in my ingredients and they will mix it for me or do I just give them the recipe and they will sort the ingredients? Finally, do any of you have some advise about the superfood space? Is it one to avoid or is it doable? Thanks In Advance

One thing you are going to have to do extensive research on is the certifications needed in order to sell the product in UK and make sure that the company you will use to source the product from can give you those certifications.  One way to do that is going through the process to add an asin for what you wanted to do, and then see all the things that it asks you for.    For production it sounds like you are on the right track they will let you know what they need for the product as far as ingredients, etc.  its a tough and competative space, when you talk about anything supplements. Usually PPC costs are highest in the space, you almost always lose money on the first orders from customers, but then you make the money back from PPC long term with subscribe and save....

Thank you Bradley, Upon further reaserch I have realised starting a supplement brand and launching ity properly is more capital intensive that previously thought. I have decided to start with a beauty product instead and still work on the supplemt idea in the backgrounds. Is there ant pitfalls I ned to know about the beauty industry. I am thinking to launch on a non english speaking country where competition is very low. In fact there is currently only 2 brands doing what I want to do. My question is I hellium 10 to do some research and the search volume is pretty low. The current competitors are doing about £$6000 with very poor images and no videos. Although the numbers are low in search volume I know for a fact that there is demand as I lived in said country for years and myself, friends, family and church members had the same problem. We all had the same problem and even when I go back to visit everyone complains about that same problem. Would you advice me to consider this opportunity or live it because there isn't enough search volume on Helium 10?

Beauty does not have as many regulations as supplement, but is similar in that there are some things to be aware of if its a topical product.  PPC costs are usually high here too, but if its a subscribe and save product, that will help balance those out long run.   For the ones who are doing 6000 pounds a month, did you run cerebro on them?  and then what was total search volume of keywords where they were ranked 1-20 on?  That would see where demand is coming from.   The only times there not much search volume, but high sales would be if they are sending a lot of sales from off of amazon
