I am new to Helium 10. I live in Canada and i want to open an Amazon business account in the US. I am confused on a few things.
1- Do i have to register a company in Canada and use that company to register in Amazon USA?
or
2- I can register a company in USA (even though i dont live there) and start my Amazon business in USA? How can i do the taxes (will i pay taxes twice one in USA and one in Canada)?. How can i move my funds to Canada Bank account?

You can register as a person or company on Amazon. Many might suggest registering as a company to protect some of your private information and liability.

You need to register a LLC in USA to create your seller central i dont think you will face any issue regarding this
