I wanted to modify the main title of my product via the ordinary method by choosing the product and then editing the title through the edit button to the right of the product but I had the error 8451. Then I tried to look for add products via the upload tab under Catalog but I can not see the tab. My account in Amason is individual and I register my brand in Amazon and have my private barcodes. So my question: Is this problem of the difficulty in changing the title related to the type of my account and the disappearance of the tab (add products via upload)?
are you the one who created the product? And its in brand registry? Did you open a case with brand registry to ask them why you were getting that error?
just remove SKU and 24 hours later add same sku via upload with the new title.
