Hijackers on my listing

Hi guys. Have you had people in your listing selling your product? Known as hijackers. How can I kick them out? Two months ago I started registration on uspto and Amazon brand registry.

We have started a “price war” and obviously I am losing money.

Can I accelerate the registration with IP accelerator? Or is it not possible?

You should have brand registry immediately if you have a registration number for your trademark.
