Is optimizing for Amazon Rufus a waste of time?
Yes and no. If you are spending a lot of time trying to do it, at the expense of other more proven, fundamentals, its actually worse than a waste of time...you're probably taking money out of your pocket that you could be making.
However, if you ARE doing all the fundamentals, there are ways you can improve your listings potentially by optimizing for Rufus. In this video, I show an example of what I do for Rufus optimizing, including showing how within MINUTES, Rufus can pick up on updates to your listings!
How do you balance time between Amazon fundamentals and experimenting with tools like Rufus?
@bidbat prioritize what you KNOW has a big effect, and then have a list of the rest of things you need to work on, and try to get to everything in decending order of importance.
I like the idea of keeping a list of the rest and tackling them in descending order of importance. It feels much more manageable than trying to do everything at once.
Do you have any tips for quickly identifying which tasks have the highest impact for Amazon FBA sellers?
Its different for all sellers, but just follow the education we give and you can see the most improtant things like keyword research, listing optimization. If you do that right, then that by itself already takes care of most of the things that affect other things like rufus anyway
