I am reaching out for assistance with an issue I have encountered as a new seller. A customer ordered an item, rejected it on the day of delivery, and then left a review claiming the product is fake. Despite my efforts to contact Amazon's support team, I have been advised to report the review from my personal amazon account and wait for a resolution. It has now been two weeks, and no action has been taken. I was also guided to email an explanation to community-help@amazon.com, but unfortunately, I have not received a response.
As a new seller, this situation has significantly impacted my sales, and I am seeking advice who might have faced similar issues. Your guidance and support would be greatly appreciated.

This is a tough one. Theres not much way to get around this. It was probably a competitor being malicious, but keep trying to report it, but you have the order number i assume, with proof that the recipient never even got the product?
