Supplements made in China but Designed in America

A moderator answered this question earlier, but I need more in-depth information. If I source a dietary supplement in China and have it tested in the USA from an official certified lab. Can I then use the " Made in the USA" use that on my labels? I know of a seller doing this, and I'm trying to understand the workaround. If The product is made in China but tested in America and designed in America, can I then utilize "made in US" on my product packaging, listing, and labels?
