I am struggling with getting any organic rankings. The only ranking I get is from sponsored key words. My listing analysis are good, so I don't know why I am not ranking organically. Any recommendations would be much appreciated.

You can use Cerebro to help find the best keywords that can improve your ranking organically.
You can use Title Density, Competing Products, and Position (Rank) filters to help focus in on ranking strategies specifically!
Make sure these keywords are the most relevant to your product.
