This review also reminded me how important it is to look at reviews before deciding to sell a product. I always use Helium 10's Chrome extension to download reviews in bulk and then I can easily sift through and analyze them.
Reviews can tell you what improvements you should make on a new iteration of the product, what colors people want, what design flaws there are on the current product so that you can make a much better product geared towards your target audience.
So, if you're an Amazon seller and haven't used the Review Insights tool on the Helium 10 Chrome extension, you are potentially missing out on creating a product that can CRUSH your competition kind of like this massive beach ball 😂 !
