Helium 10’s Amazon Seller Forum is a shared community resource — a place to share skills, knowledge and interests through civilized discussion. Please adhere to the following guidelines to keep the Forum a useful place to engage in respectful discourse.

1. Admission Question

  • Do you understand the purpose of this Forum is to network, ask questions, share strategies, problem-solve and discuss Helium 10, Amazon, Walmart and other e-commerce topics with credible and accurate information?
  • Do you understand there is no self-promotion, recruiting, soliciting, spamming, selling, advertising, excessive commenting, and/or bashing allowed on this group?  
  • Do you understand that Private Messaging members with solicitations or services is strictly prohibited and will result in being banned? 

2. Be Kind and Courteous

  • The Helium 10 forum is designed to be a welcoming environment for all. Please treat everyone with respect. Healthy debates are natural, but kindness is required. Do not disrespect other members of the group, or people outside of the group. Be respectful of the topics and the people discussing them, even if you disagree with what is being said. We encourage everyone to engage frequently, but ask that you always do so in a civil, polite, and professional manner – please refrain from commenting excessively. All posts and/or comments must adhere to Helium 10 Policies and Community Standards.  

3. No Promotions or Spam

  • No self-promotion, recruiting, soliciting, spamming, selling, advertising, and/or excessive commenting is permitted. Do not promote courses, your own website, your own group, or affiliate links. Videos shared or posted to the group may be removed by our Administrators, Moderators, and/or Evangelists at our discretion. Private Messaging group members with solicitations or services is strictly prohibited.  
  • Moderators reserve the right to remove any content for any reason at any time. Moderators do not preview new posts in any way; the moderators and site operators take no responsibility for any content posted by the community. 

4. Forum Policies and Community Guidelines

  • Posts, comments, and suggestions must be credible and compliant with the standards, practices, and Terms of Service of Helium 10. Misinformation will be removed. There are no Helium 10 Tech nor Customer Service representatives here, so if you need Helium 10 Support, please reach out In-App (available 24/7) as opposed to posting in the Forum.

5. User Profile Photos 

  • You are not required to use your own name when submitting posts or replies if you prefer to stay anonymous. However, you are not allowed to use the name of a different person or try to impersonate them. In order to encourage transparency, we strongly encourage you to use your own photo as a profile picture. You are not allowed to use the image of a different person as your own profile picture, or any explicit image of any kind. Any violation of this policy can lead to further action.  

6. Accuracy & Credibility 

  • Accuracy and credibility are our top priority – Helium 10 will frequently have our moderators, brand evangelists, and group experts checking to ensure information is trustworthy and compliant with Helium 10, Amazon, and Walmart TOS. Inaccurate information will be removed, and action will be taken. We’ve pinned these group rules to the top of the Forum homepage and any violation of these rules will result in action being taken and/or a ban.
