I have a question. I started the follow-up but almost all of the emails that I have set up to go out for reviews are marked queued and then when the time comes for the email to be sent out, 12 days after purchase, they are marked cancelled. Does anyone know why?

@kim-pachko Thanks for the message! There are no tech support reps here on the forum since most tickets like this might require you to send personal information from screenshots, so please hit the chat button on bottom right of the screen in follow up and they should be able to help you out.  Make sure that you have set your automation (hopefully its request a review automation) to go off of the purchase date, and if you have and you still have that, send screenshots to support and they can help you out!.
